The Alpine Buckle combines two layers of woven nylon into a single seamless band. The top loops are made of high-density fabric and form loops ready to receive the corrosion-resistant titanium G-shaped clasp for a perfect closure in all circumstances.

The band loop Alpine fits perfectly with your Apple Watch Ultra, while being compatible with Apple Watch Series 1 to 9 and Apple Watch SE 1 & 2. With the dedicated activity button and Fitness app, prepare and track your training directly fromApple Watch for maximum efficiency. Lap after lap, follow your own program or the one prepared by your trainer. For triathlons, use multisport mode to switch automatically between swimming, cycling and running. Multisport mode lets you create your own sequence of exercises.

The updated compass application also makes it easier to find your way back. In addition to the direction your Apple Watch is facing, current position and altitude, you can create landmarks, check the distance and direction between them and return to the starting point. Positioning is even more accurate on theApple Watch Ultra with the switch from GPS L1 to L1 and L5 frequencies.

There is no official application to accompany your mountain activities but we tested the Snoww application to follow your ski and snowboard runs (and lifts), the maximum speed you reached (be careful when you try to beat your record) and relive your day by the fire once back at the chalet.

In case of low light or night outings, switch to Commando mode with a red interface more discreet and more readable in these conditions. TheApple Watch Ultra has a basic battery life of about 36 hours. If your outing is prolonged, consider activating the low power mode to go up to 60 hours in sports activity.
